Moving Windows from one HD to another

I'm in somewhat of a bind. I want to move the windows installation from the faulty HD to the new one. There are plenty of free tools to do just this, so I wasn't worried.

The problem now is that the new drive is on a RAID, which non of the free tools that I've tried so far managed to read. I do have the drivers for it, but I can't figure out a way to make the tools use them. This means that they can't see the drive and can't copy to it :-(

Any suggestion on how to solve this?

I've managed to copy all the data to the new HD, now I need to make it bootable. I think that the recovery console can do this, but I just tested it and I can't seem to find a way to add the drivers.
