Stop! Or I am writing another framework!
There is a small dwarf in my head that whispers about persistent binary trees and RESTful services, views using DSL and JSON data interchange.
In other words, I really want to write NCouchDB. I had the exact same thing happening with queuing, and it didn't stop until I wrote Rhino Queues (five or six times!)
I keep trying to justify to myself that this is needed. But I already busy over my head. Please, help me stop this, before I lose all control.

Small dwarf? Redundancy? If he's in your head why is he whispering? And how do dwarves know what DSLs and JSON are?
Wait - is there really a dwarf in your head...! If there is, I think you just speak elvish to it and it will banish him to the lake of fire.
Not. Invented. Here! :-D
If it weren't for the proven existence of diagnosable Hanselmania I'd say a couple of infants in the next room would cure you overnight...
The guys from x-tensive are already on that path with DataObjects 4 (not finished yet)

As CouchDB can be accessed with REST/JSON interface, is there any gain in re-implementing it instead of just using it? Hou have to talk to the little dwarf, maybe you should become a voice in his head?
But, putting all aside, you have done magnificent work with some tools, especially those boo-based. I'd be very happy to see some web application framework contrarian to what Microsoft is doing. I mean something lightweight, scriptable, dynamic and simple but powerful at the same time. And without hundred layers of API-obstacles. What's it called- frictionless? Talk to your dwarf.
Why on earth would anyone want to stop you producing something as useful-sounding as that? So long as you release NHProf first, of course ;-)
Main point of doing this is that I don't really want to deal with Erlang, or the way you work with it.
That is leaving aside the fact that for CouchDB support for windows isn't really that good currently.
@Oren
Stop whining already - again - and just do it. What do you want? Adoring fans approval?
I find myself extremely temped by the exact same thought.
