Yesterday: 182 emails (disregarding junk) to my personal mailbox.

A lot of those are from mailing lists that I subscribed to, a lot of those are automatic notifications of all sorts (commits, comments, JIRA, etc). But a significant part of it is communicating directly with a lot of people.

For the last 2 months, I've been phasing out an old contract and starting a new full time job with a research group. every day I come to work early, try to leave early, and my old clients are waiting for me as soon as I make it home, then I work until midnight or so every night, 6 days a week. its becoming depressing :(

I have no idea how you are able to keep up with all that stuff. Between castle, nhibernate, your normal job and rhino mocks you must sleep 1 hour a night. a machine!
