How to annoy a Customer

ֲ I bought Dungeons & Dragon: Storm reach on Monday, I only now managed to get the game to work. I didn't have a technical difficulty (yet). I had a font difficulty. The product key for the game was in a font that hardly distinguished between capital B and 8, and zero and the letter O are identical. To top that, the product key is case sensitive and you must enter the hyphens. The support request that I sent mentioned all of those, and I just can understand why they allowed it to get to this point. I was ready to return the game back, since it wouldn't work.

And don't get me started on the stupid password scheme. It has to be up to this size, no spaces, no weird characters (as they called it).

Those are little things, but they are annoying as hell. Using a good font would've save a lot of confusion, for instance. There is no reason for the software not to add the hyphens if they are missing, and case sensitivity is a joke.
