How Not To Be Flagged As Spam

Recently I got several legitimate emails that I nearly threw to the trash, since my eyes flagged them as spam just by the subject. Those mails had subject lines such as:

Urgent!
You are the only one who can help me!
Congrationlations!
Do you want to work for <CompanyName>?
etc

Don't this people get any spam whatsoever? I see something like this, I usually won't even stop to read the content of the mail. If you email me, try to put some content there. I do believe that I lost at least one job because I flagged the "You have been accepted to work for us" mail as spam without bother to read it.
