The True WTF

I saw this in the Daily WTF, and I couldn't help but exclaim out loudly.

The comment, the code, what he is doing there. You got a coder that when he needs to pull some information for a web page, will go and parse (by hand, using precise indexes, the log files). The amount of work needed to find this stuff out is more than the time it would take to fix the original bug.

The fun thing about this code is that it is endless mine of WTF!s, check the comments, there are at least seven big and non obvious WTF that has been pointed so far.
